ORDER PROCEDURE

1. You place your order by email or phone at:1 800 742 0496 or: sales@MonumentsUSA.com

2. Cemetery paperwork will be needed, we may help you get the paperwork done.

3. Either you or us could choose a monument setter.

4. Our designers will work out a headstone layout for your approval.

5. Once you have approved our design and paid the deposit, our factory will proceed the

    production and send you in- progress photos for your review.

6. When the production is completed and approved by you, the balance should be paid before shipping.

7. The headstone will be shipped to the designated address.
