acceptance of these terms and conditions
• Natural
Materials
When purchasing a memorial the
purchaser acknowledges that granite and marble containing
natural
materials
and may have variations in color and
characteristics.
• Shipping Time
Time
for production is generally 28 days, with shipping time of about 30
additional days.
• Payment
Monuments
USA requires a deposit of only 30% of the total cost, 70% balance before
shipping.
Monuments
USA accepts most
commonly used credit cards. We also accept payment by wire transfer
or money order.
• Sales
Tax
Sales tax will added to all
orders at the rate of 8%.
• Pricing
Prices on this
website are subject to change without notice. Monuments
USA
is not
responsible for any errors or omissions in it's content.
If there is an incorrect price due to a
typographical error on
our website or incorrect information from our suppliers,
Monuments
USA has the right to refuse or cancel any
order.
• Cancellations
Purchaser has the
right to cancel order up to 48 hours after payment is
made.
• Returns or refund
Monuments
and cemetery sculptures involve personalized engraving and custom
work, and
therefore
they
cannot be returned or
refunded.
• What if
my Memorial is damaged upon delivery?
With
regards to cemetery memorials - Any item damaged en route form our
location to
its destination can be returned and replaced as it
was originally ordered. Once safely
delivered in good condition
and signed for, we are not responsible for any damage that
may be
done by the cemetery or anyone you have set the memorial. Also, we will
accept
return of any item that has an error on our part that
reflects a different design form the
design you approved, but if
a memorial is made to specifications according to your order,
there are no refunds or returns. Also, we may require that a photo be
sent to us showing
the damage or error before we accept a return
of an item. Please call us or e-mail us
immediately if you
encounter a problem upon delivery. Do not send item back without
contacting us first. Doing this may cause delays and
or additional shipping charges to
you. Any other item we
sell that is shipped to home - we replace damaged item with same
item originally ordered.

if you receive damaged items.

USA guarantees that our monuments are made from natural
materials, and will be delivered
free of defects . Except as expressly stated herein,
Monuments
USA will make no representations or warranties
expressed or
implied, of any kind with respect to products sold
on this web site, including but not
limited to, merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the
maximum
liability to Monuments
USA arising form any products sold on this
web
site will be the price of the products or products ordered. Monuments
USA, its
directors, officers, employees and any
other representatives shall not be held liable for
any damages -
special, indirect, consequential or punitive related to any products
sold.
• Severability
If any of these
statements listed in theses Company Terms and Liabilities is
determined to be unenforceable or invalid, the unenforceable or
invalid part hereof
shall be deemed severed from these Terms and
Conditions and the remaining portions
of these Terms and
Conditions shall be carried out with the same force and effect as if
the severed portions had not been part of these Terms and
Conditions.

• Jurisdiction and
Venue
You agree that any
legal action brought against MonumentsUSA.com and any of its
subsidiaries will be governed by the laws of Ontario in
Canada without regard to its
conflict law principles. You agree that the
sole jurisdiction and venue for any and all
litigation arising
from your use or orders made from MonumentsUSA.com will be in
appropriate Court in Ontario of Canada.

circumstances will we

email address) with any other entity. If you
provide your email
address, we will only use it to respond to your requests and to notify
you of changes to our web site. Monuments USA does not
