Your placement of an order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions • Natural Materials When purchasing a memorial the purchaser acknowledges that granite, marble wood and other products containing natural materials and may have variations in color and characteristics. Shipping Cremation Urns, Eternal Lights and Memorial Ceramic Pictures Cremation Urns are normally delivered in approx. 5 -7 days. Memorial lights ship in approx. 2 weeks. Memorial Ceramic Pictures approx 5 weeks • Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover, checks and money orders . • Sales Tax Sales tax will added to all orders shipped within the state of Vermont at the rate of 6% on urns, Customer will be solely responsible for sales taxes outside VT. Pricing Prices on this website are subject to change without notice. MonumentsUSA.com is not responsible for any errors or omissions in it's content. If there is an incorrect price due to a typographical error on our website or incorrect information from our suppliers, MonumentsUSA.com has the right to refuse or cancel any order. Cancellations Purchaser has the right to cancel order up to 72 hours after payment is made. Returns of cremation urns and vigil lights You may return your items up to 10 days from delivery date for a full refund -less shipping costs. The customer must e-mail us at support@MonumentsUSA.com before returning the item. A. Items such as Memorial Lights and Cremation Urns that do not have a personalized engraving have a 10 day full refund policy from the day of delivery of item less shipping costs. The Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. All other items are personalized, custom work and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. Q. What if my Memorial is damaged upon delivery? A. With regards to cemetery memorials - Any item damaged en route form our location to its destination can be returned and replaced as it was originally ordered. Once safely delivered in good condition and signed for, we are not responsible for any damage that may be done by the cemetery or anyone you have set the memorial. Also, we will accept return of any item that has an error on our part that reflects a different design form the design you approved, but if a memorial is made to specifications according to your order, there are no refunds or returns. Also, we may require that a photo be sent to us showing the damage or error before we accept a return of an item. Please call us or e-mail us immediately if you encounter a problem upon delivery. Do not send item back without contacting us first. Doing this may cause delays and or additional shipping charges to you. Any other item we sell that is shipped to home - we replace damaged item with same item originally ordered. Please contact us immediately if you receive damaged items. Disclaimer as to the product sold and limitations of liability MonumentsUSA.com guarantees that our Urns are made from natural materials, and will be delivered free of defects . Except as expressly stated herein, MonumentsUSA.com will make no representations or warranties expressed or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this web site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the maximum liability to MonumentsUSA.com arising form any products sold on this web site will be the price of the products or products ordered.
